Best life advice: Don’t allow the world to harden your heart during tough times. Challenge yourself to stay open hearted through it all. Be brave enough to face your emotions, learn from your triggers and heal whatever arises. Keep growing and expanding no matter what might occur. Find what makes you truly happy and spend more time in it all. Focus on how you want to feel more often than the results you want to manifest.
