Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances, Koze's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Koze will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. Koze will not be liable for any third party claims for damages against the customer, nor for the malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.
Koze may collect tax at the point of purchase. In these cases, tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial/state, county and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item.You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling for that particular item/order, as the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped.
Please note: In cases where Koze does not collect tax upon purchase of your order, your country/jurisdiction may levy tax upon receipt of your items, please see below.
Please note: You may encounter a customs, tax or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of Koze and this fee will be dependent on your country. Please be advised that Koze is not responsible for customs, taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments.
Return and Refund Policy
You can request to return any item for refund if it is in it's original condition (unwashed, unworn, and not used), if you contact Koze through email within 15 days of the delivery arrival date. This is for all items unless the item was purchased as final sale. Please note that all purchases on this website are while supplies last, therefore exchanges are based upon available inventory. If your item is no longer in stock, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), as long as the item has not been used and has been within the 15 day limit.
For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com with the subject line "Returns and Exchanges" and your order number. Please note: A customer service representative will return your email inquiries regarding Koze within 3 business days.
All customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was damaged/broken. If the customer chooses to request a refund for any other reason (i.e. not liking the product, wrong size, etc.), they will be refunded for the product only (and any taxes that were applied), and will be required to ship the item back to our facility and pay for any applicable shipping and handling fees.
If the customer enters the wrong address, the shipment will be returned to our facility and the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed. Any shipments that go unclaimed or are undelivered (due to the delivery company not being able to fulfill an order for any reason i.e. no apartment number given, missing buzz code, etc.) are also returned to our facility, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If the customer chooses not to reship their order, they will be refunded for the product only (and any taxes that were applied).
